The Roosevelt café is Black Fox’s third store in as many years, requiring the smallest fit out of the three.
The menu at this location was designed to be eaten while standing, in part because of the new location’s size. Governed by NYC real estate, the 250sqm space is designed for coffee on-the-fly – with only five seats available at the cafe’s windows.
Modelled after European espresso bars, our design was all about offering a counter-service cafe and encourages standing among the signature Black Fox features of marble, brass, and walnut countertops. In keeping with the take away theme, we installed walnut display shelving to showcase the café’s retail product offering.
